Religious Doctrine vs. Institutions in Political SpeechIn progress
With Pauline Jones, we use natural language processing to distinguish whether religious references in political speech emphasize religious infrascture or doctrine. The pipeline fine-tunes sentence-BERT classifiers, applies SHAP-based interpretability to understand model behavior, and traces how religious framing shifts over time from higher dimensionality.
